How To Refresh PrinterLogic Configuration
If we've made any changes to the print environment, refreshing PrinterLogic on your computer will force PrinterLogic to update any changes.
*PrinterLogic refreshes on its own every 4 hours.
These steps may also help if you are experiencing issue with:
- Getting a printer to show up on your computer.
- Finding local network printers while in another Big-D Companies Office.
- Other miscellaneous printing issues.
1. Go to the PrinterLogic client on the taskbar or in the system tray
2. Right-click on the PrinterLogic client icon
3. Left-click on "Refresh Configurations
